The new campaign is online. It still needs some tweaking but you can already start playing it.
EDIT: We added download links for all necessary files. Make sure the maps go into you etmain folder while the rest is copied to the etpub folder.
EDIT2: If someone still has problems with the download try setting the download cvars in the console like this:
/seta cl_allowDownload 1
/seta cl_wwwDownload 1
